Fantastic text editor full of functions.

alWriter is a great and very complete text editor which has nothing to envy MS Word or OpenOffice, as it comes equipped with many functions.

Some of the main features of alWriter are these: set keyboard shortcuts, preview your document before you print it and send it by email; it works with its own file format (DKS), although the format is compatible with many other editors; offers the possibility of any text formatting (colour, font, size, underline, strike through, italics, highlight, bold, etc); has basic options to cut, copy, paste, search, etc.

The user can also configure alWriter to indent text, paragraphs and create alignments, insert OLE objects, symbols, date / time, images, text effect, tables, etc. Also, alWriter also has its own INI / XML editor. It also allows the export of the resulting PDF document (to do this you need to have PDF Creator installed in your computer).
